Controls before claims. Evidence before release.

What Each Policy Governs
Research-use policy
Draft release posture
Materials are intended only for legitimate laboratory research. The site must avoid instructions, depictions, testimonials, dosing, treatment language, or other express or implied signals of human or veterinary use. Final wording and eligibility require qualified counsel.
Claims policy
Total net impression review
Copy, imagery, navigation, citations, badges, metadata, related links, and off-site marketing are reviewed together. A disclaimer cannot automatically neutralize a contrary intended-use signal.
COA policy
Lot-specific, current, and traceable
No analytical document or aggregate statistic appears until it is mapped to an exact variant and lot, verified against the laboratory and method, hashed, currentness-classified, and approved.
Privacy & communications
Minimize, separate, and honor choices
Identity verification, transaction messages, marketing consent, SMS consent, support requests, and research access are distinct purposes. Production retention, deletion, export, and disclosure rules require entity- and jurisdiction-specific review.
